Bovision AB respects your privacy and your right to have control over your personal data. Our guiding principles are simple: we are transparent about what data we collect and why, and we protect it.

In this policy, we describe what data we collect, for what purpose it is collected, how you can influence the processing of your data, and how to contact us. The policy applies when you use apps, websites, and services administered by Bovision. Bovision is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

About Cookies

(Information about cookies is provided on our platforms.)

Legal Basis, Storage and Erasure of Personal Data

When you provide information to Bovision, you consent to us registering and storing information about which services you use and processing the personal data provided for the stated purposes. As a legal basis for processing, Bovision may refer to compliance with policy documents and legitimate interest for the purposes stated above.

Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, which means that personal data is not retained longer than necessary in relation to the purposes. We store your personal data as long as you are a customer with us (i.e., as long as you have an active account). For marketing purposes, information older than four years is not used. This means that data is erased when it is no longer relevant or necessary for analysis or direct marketing for the purposes for which it was collected.
