If you are a private individual, we unfortunately need to inform you that only real estate agents and professional property brokers/companies can advertise properties with us — not private individuals.
Please feel free to contact an affiliated real estate agent, and they can help you market your property.
bovision.com is not a housing agency and therefore does not have a housing queue.
We suggest that you either contact the affiliated housing companies in your area or use Bovision’s email alert service.
If you are interested in a property on bovision.com, you need to contact the responsible real estate agent or broker.
You can easily submit an expression of interest by entering your details in the form at the bottom of the property listing page on bovision.com.
Click on the relevant property in the list to view the description. Then scroll to the bottom of the page where the agent’s company details are displayed. In most cases, an email address is also provided so you can easily get in touch with the company if you have any questions.
Unfortunately, we cannot monitor the market manually — but you can use Bovision’s free email alert service. This way, you will continuously receive information about suitable properties.
Here’s how it works:
Perform a search that matches what you’re looking for, then click on Create alert below the “Search for properties” button.
For email alerts, the matching process runs overnight. This means you will receive your first results the day after a property that matches your preferences has been listed.
Unfortunately, if the property is no longer listed on bovision.com, it has likely been sold, rented out, or withdrawn.
We have chosen not to publish the date when properties were added. This is because it can often be misleading, as agents/brokers can add and remove listings as they wish — even if the properties are not new.
However, there is a way to search for new and updated properties:
Perform a search.
At the top right of the property list, select the sorting option “Publication date descending.”
This will display all properties that are newly listed or updated since yesterday at the top of the results list.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the email address at the moment.
You will need to unsubscribe from the alert email and then create a new one with the correct email address. To do this, open the alert email in your inbox and click on unsubscribe.
A coming soon sale means that the real estate agent has started advertising and marketing the property before the owner is fully ready to sell, in order to gather potential buyers for future viewings.
The reason for this may be that the property owner is looking for a new home and plans to sell their current one as soon as a new purchase has been completed. It may also be that the property is scheduled to be sold at a specific date in the future.
You can see that a property is a coming soon listing if it is marked with the “Coming Soon” icon in the search results.
