What is bovision.se?
bovision.se is a marketplace for housing on the Internet. It is where buyers and sellers meet through estate agents, developers and foreign agents, and where tenants and landlords meet through housing companies, property owners and managers. This means that if you are interested in housing at bovision.se you should contact the relevant agent and not us.
We have a number of services that may make your home hunting easier. You will find our powerful search engine in the middle of the first page. You will get a more exact selection if you click on the 'Advanced search' tab in the results list. You can sort the results list according to various criteria by clicking on the column headings, e.g. Price.
If you are interested in exchanging housing, new builds or housing abroad you should click on the various tabs on the top of the page. On the foreign page you can search amongst our foreign objects.
Under the heading 'More for home-hunters' in the box 'For home hunters' on the left-hand side of the page you will find several services that will make your home-hunting easier. For example, here you can make housing calculations, find information on housing loans and look for craftsmen in our register of craftsmen. And you will also find a practical checklist for moving.
If you set up monitoring we will monitor the housing market for you. This means you must enter your requirements regarding the housing you are looking for. Your requirements will then be matched with the offering at bovision.se and you will receive an e-mail message detailing the housing that matches your wishes. Matching is carried out in the night.
We hope that our website will make your home-hunting easier and that you will get the information you need!

About handling cookies at bovision.se
This website uses cookies to record visitor statistics, as well as in the monitoring service. Cookies are such an important part of the monitoring service that it is now impossible to become a member if you do not allow cookies. If you do not wish to allow cookies to be stored on your computer you can switch the function off by changing the settings in your web browser.

On the 'Monitoring' page, click on the link 'Forgotten your password?'. Enter your e-mail address and click on 'Send'. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you have stipulated, but for this to work you have to have stipulated that e-mail address when you registered.

I wish to advertise at bovision.se. What do I do?
If you're a private individual we must unfortunately inform you that only estate agents and professional housing agents/companies can advertise objects with us, not private individuals. Please contact an associated broker, who will help you advertise your housing. You will find all associated agents under the link 'Associated brokers/agents' on the left-hand side of our homepage under the heading 'For home hunters'.
If you wish to exchange your rented flat for another rented flat you can use our exchange service by clicking on the 'Exchange housing' tab at the top of the homepage.

How to I get onto the housing queue?
bovision.se is not a housing authority, so we do not have a housing queue. We suggest you either contact the associated housing companies in your locality or use bovision.se's monitoring service.

I've found housing I'm interested in. What do I do now?
If you're interested in any housing at bovision.se you must contact the relevant broker or agent, information on whom is to be found at the bottom of all descriptions at bovision.se.
Click on the relevant housing on the list to call up the description. Then read the information at the bottom of the page, where the agent's company details are to be found. In most cases there is an e mail address so you can easily contact the company!

Can you help me exchange my flat for another one?
bovision.se has an exchange page where you can advertise that you wish to exchange your direct contract rented flat for another rented flat. Click on the 'Exchange housing' tab at the top of the home page.

I didn't find any interesting objects today.
Can you monitor the market for me?
Unfortunately we cannot monitor the market manually – but you can register with our monitoring service! You will then be e-mailed information on suitable objects. In order to use the monitoring service you should click on 'Monitoring' in the menu to the left of the homepage under the heading 'For home-hunters'.
Matching is carried out at night, so you will get your first objects the day after something has come in that suits your requirements.

How do I hire a broker associated with bovision.se?
If you know which broker you wish to hire, or want to see who is available in your locality, you can go to the register of associated companies. Select the option 'Associated brokers/agents' in the menu on the left of our homepage under the heading 'For home-hunters'. You can then call up the list sorted in alphabetical order, either by Place or by Company Name. In the list that comes up, click on the company name to proceed to the agent's website, where further information can be found.

I'd like to go for a viewing
– how do I call up the objects and times?
The viewing time is displayed on the object list in cases where a viewing time is stipulated. There are several other ways of searching for housing with planned viewings: for example, you can search for all housing with viewing today, tomorrow, next week, the next two weeks or on a particular date.
What to do:
1. Search in one or more municipalities on our homepage. Then press ENTER or click on 'Search'.
2. Click on the 'Advanced search' tab on the object list. Make your settings regarding living area, number of rooms etc. and then go to the 'Viewings' droplist and select one of the options. Then click on the 'Update list' button.
3. Click on the objects in the list to call up the description. The viewing time will then be at the top of the description or on the far right of the list.

Why is the date
the housing was registered with bovision.se not shown?
We have chosen not to 'advertise' the date when the housing was registered:
- firstly because in many cases it is misleading, as brokers/agents can insert and remove housing when they want, even if it is not new.
- secondly, it can give wrong signals to the market; i.e. accommodation that has been for sale for a long time can easily acquire a 'bad reputation', as people will wonder what is wrong with it, since it has not sold, etc.
But it is possible to search for new and updated housing:
1. Search in one or more municipalities in the search box on the homepage and click on Search.
2. At the top of the object list you can tick one of the options after 'Changed as of', e.g. 1 day ago, 3 days ago or 7 days ago. This means all housing will come up that is newly registered or has been updated since the day before.

How do I search in several municipalities simultaneously?
You can search in several municipalities simultaneously in the same county. Search by selecting the county in the search box on the homepage. These municipalities will then come up, and next to them a tick box. Tick the municipalities you wish to search in and then click on Search.

How do I change the e-mail address for my monitoring?
1. Log on under 'Monitoring'.
2. Tick 'Change monitoring'.
3. Then click on the 'Save' button.
4. Now change the e-mail address on the form. Then click on the 'Send' button.

How do I terminate my monitoring?
1. Log on under 'Monitoring'.
2. Tick 'Terminate monitoring'.
3. Then click on the 'Save' button.
